"eqz_remarque": "Le BAV complet congénital est le plus souvent un BAV immun lié à la présence d'anticorps anti SSA chez la mère qui peuvent passer dans la circulation foetale et entrainer une fibrose des voies de conduction AV. Le BAV durant la vie foetale est associé à une mortalité d'environ 20%. Il existe aussi un risque significatif de récidive lors d'une future grossesse. L'appareillage n'est pas systématique à la naissance, mais est réalisé en cas de mauvaise tolérance (hémodynamique, mauvaise prise de poids...) ou chez les enfants asymptomatiques en fonction de certains critères (FC moyenne < 50 bpm, dysfonction ventriculaire, allongement important du QT, troubles du rythme ventriculaire, échappement à QRS larges).", | |||
